The Four World Meditation is a combination learning / healing / visualization experience that is based on the Kabbalistic Tree of the Sefirot, but it is not limited to Jewish philosophy. It includes quotes from William Blake, the Tibetan Book of the Dead, the Tao te Ching, Aldous Huxley, Navajo Blessingway rites, and the Prophet Ezekiel. Also included are affirmations for healing, prosperity, social and physical health, and good government. The meditation varies according to the time of year, the attendees, and current events. This version of the meditation includes Ana B'Koach, and it's one hour and 17 minutes long.
The meditation itself now includes a "Limpia," or "cleansing," using lemon acacia branches that are shaken over and on the participants during a chant. Another addition is that we also now each compose an affirmation at the end that is repeated by the group, and in this one, we do a Chassidic niggun [chant] to finish up.
Some of the explanatory material has been deleted, and the visual accompaniment is of course not available in the audio only format...
